Upon leaving the apartment, A.G. and A.T. saw Johnson urinating on a bush near an alleyway. Johnson turned around, noticed the two women, and asked “what are you girls doing tonight[.]” Tr. Vol. III p. 54. Johnson also said “come over here,” to which A.G. said “no[.]” Tr. Vol. III p. 54. Johnson “ran up to [A.G.]” and “grabbed [her] with his right arm around the neck, and he threw [her] to the ground.” Tr. Vol. III p. 54.
