Neuberg further claims to have been an invitee and customer of Groomingdale’s at the time of her fall. On November 22, 2023, Neuberg filed a complaint against the Defendants alleging negligence, asserting that they had failed to maintain their property in a reasonably safe condition and had failed to warn her of hazardous conditions on the property.
