PHILLIPSBURG, N.J.-- A dump truck fell into a sinkhole while it was on the way to repair it in Warren County, New Jersey. Two sinkholes opened up about 20 to 30 feet apart at the intersection of Summit Avenue and Lewis Street in Phillipsburg on Monday afternoon. Aqua New Jersey officials said the dump truck was delivering asphalt to repair the sinkholes on Tuesday when it ended up falling into one.
