In August of 2019, Belcher and Gabrielle Shea moved into a home together in
Griffith. At one point, Belcher and Shea were engaged and are the parents of
I.B. In the “early summer” of 2023, Belcher allowed his friend Swelfer to stay
in the couple’s spare room. Tr. Vol. V p. 176.1 That summer, Belcher’s
relationship with Shea ended, and Belcher started seeing other women,
including Amanda Stout.
