Sheriff Kevin Torgerson has been with the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office since 1986. On Monday, the top law enforcement official announced he is retiring after the end of his term in January 2027. “I loved every minute of it,” Torgerson said. “It is very hard to have to say I’m done, because this is really something I’ve loved from the very minute I put on a uniform and swore into my first oath.” #retire #Minnesota #OlmstedCounty #sheriff #career
