Cyber, AI, and identity: Elevating secure digital banking journeys [15:04-16:39]

solutions that we're seeing, what we're seeing with many of our clients. The first one being really to unify the ownership and the metrics, really have a good governance program around your fraud. It's to identify and have a senior leader drive the strategy around identity and payments fraud, have a good governance structure, bringing fraud, cyber, digital operations, product, legal, all of them together. It's bringing, having one unified group and a strategy that sort of combines all of this and having good metrics around it. Also it's to minimize the friction is having ongoing authentication, just from one time login checks moving towards maybe continuous scoring of a session, looking at behavior, not just letting somebody into the door and then letting them do what they want. It's modernizing your authentication and now a deep fakes and impersonation having a strategy around it. Many institutions are saying they're waiting for something to happen to actually do something. Then I would say it's be proactive in the space, liveliness detection, voice anti-spoofing, continuing to look and identify these deep fakes because you don't want to be the institution where that's taken advantage of.
