Hello, everyone. Thank you for joining today's Webinar on cyber AI and identity, elevating secure digital banking journeys. My name is Deepak Goel and I'm a senior manager at Deloy focusing on cyber and strategic risk services. We encourage you to participate in today's Q&A while the Webinar chat feature will do our best to respond for the session as time permits. As the banking landscape transforms rapidly, institutions are tasked not only with creating seamless customer-centric digital experiences, but also with meeting ever-evolving regulatory requirements and combating increasingly sophisticated fraud. Today, our thought leaders from Deloy and paying identity will share real-world insights on how banks can effectively balance compliance, security, and innovation to stay competitive, resilient, and trusted. I'm very excited to introduce our distinguished panel for today, starting with Michelle Goche. Michelle is Deloitte's US banking and capital market leader responsible for leading Deloitte's strategy and bringing together the right offerings to serve Deloitte's post portfolio of clients. As a previous banker, she advises regional and global banks on strategic issues across channels and experiences, technology and digital modernization, payments, and post-merger integration. Thank you, Michelle, for joining us. Followed by Satish Lalchen, Satish is a principal and leads Deloitte's US fraud services in payments for our financial services clients. He brings over 27 years of experience in fraud and financial crime, detection, and prevention driven by artificial intelligence. He also advises clients on regulatory matters related to fraud and scams. Thank you, Satish, for joining us today. And Peter Barker. Peter is a chief product officer at Penguin Identity, leading the companies of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. He has over 25 years of experience in cloud computing, enterprise software, and cybersecurity. Thank you, Peter, for joining us. Deloitte and Penguin Identity collaborate closely through our strategic alliance, bringing together Payne's intelligent identity platform, and Deloitte's delivery experience to help clients threaten identity security and improve digital experiences. This relationship is grounded in an established track record of joint execution. And as a result of our strong collaboration, Deloitte was recently recognized as Penguin Identity's 2025 global delivery partner of the year. With that, let's jump into the conversation where we want to start the first topic with Michelle. Deloitte recently published the 2026 Banking Capital Market Outlook based on the macro-economic realities that may impact industries, revenue, and profitability. Let's start by talking a little bit about the what, and we feel that all as financial services customers ourselves. But when we look at a lot of the US banks came out with their Q4 earnings this past month, and you explicitly heard how digital experiences are really tied to their growth. And that's growth across all lines of businesses, because ultimately what the banks are trying to do is increase their share of wallet with any of their customers, get more services across mass affluent wealth, wholesale, credit card, the whole the whole Shabang. So when we look at what those digital capabilities are, you really need to think about the life cycle of a customer for a bank. So really starting with the pursuit of that customer campaigning to that customer, and digital experiences that allow the banks to personalize those services and campaigns to the customer, and be very real time about that. And especially if it's an existing customer, how do you use all of the data and the experiences and knowledge about that customer, triangulate that with other external data factors to really be the most specific you can about offers that, again, go back to that increase and share wallet. As we move our way through the life cycle of that customer, whether it's onboarding, which we know certainly from a wholesale's perspective, banks are really trying to increase those digital capabilities to increase the speed at which they're onboarding those clients across an array of products. But then also from a servicing and transaction monitoring standpoint, an implementing way is that clients are able to handle disputes, manage card controls, manage their own limits, drive account maintenance alerts. I mean, the list really goes on and on. So then back to your point, Deepak, really how are they
