When he arrived, he spoke with S.C. S.C. informed Officer Williams that someone had sent her a nude photograph of herself that had been taken when she was under the age of eighteen. S.C. reported that the picture had been sent from an Instagram account. Officer Williams also received “essentially the same report” from M.R. Tr. Vol. II p. 78.
