M.A. is a constituent of Congressman Carson. While at events related to her job, H.H. had contacts with M.A., after which she sought and obtained an order of protection in her favor against M.A. M.A., pro se, appeals the trial court’s issuance of a protective order, raising five issues that we consolidate and restate as: I. Whether H.H. produced sufficient evidence that M.A.
