Enforcement of restrictions on abortion. Provides the attorney general concurrent jurisdiction with the prosecuting attorney in the prosecution of certain offenses concerning abortion. Allows the attorney general to issue an investigative demand if the attorney general has reasonable cause to believe that the person has engaged in certain violations concerning abortion. Allows for the seizure of certain vehicles, real property, currency, weapons, and other items that are used in connection with: (1) trafficking an abortion inducing drug; or (2) performing an unlawful abortion. Makes trafficking an abortion inducing drug a Level 6 felony and enhances the penalty for a prior conviction. Provides that a racketeering activity includes a violation of: (1) trafficking an abortion inducing drug; or (2) performing an unlawful abortion.
