We affirm. Facts & Procedural History Late in the evening on February 17, 2018, Sharon Leslie (Sharon) came home from work and sat in the living room to relax. Leslie, Sharon’s husband of ten years, was intoxicated and also in the living room. He began a discussion that Sharon did not like, so she stood up and walked into the kitchen. Leslie responded by telling Sharon that when he speaks to her, she needs to look at him.
