IMPD Officers Mollie Johannigsmeier and John Dicicco arrived at about the same time in their marked police vehicles. Zane Dickson, the 911 caller, had been involved in a meetup for sale of goods to another individual arranged on the website OfferUp when the attempted robbery occurred.
