Appointed members of city or town boards.

Establishes minimum requirements for members appointed or reappointed to a city or town board, committee, or other body (board) after June 30, 2025. Allows a member serving on a board on June 30, 2025, who does not meet the minimum requirements to continue to serve on the board until the end of the member's term.
