Following a jury trial, Michael Andrew Ray was convicted of Class A felony
attempted dealing in methamphetamine, Class D felony possession of
methamphetamine, and two counts of resisting law enforcement, one as a Class
D felony and one as a Class A misdemeanor. Ray was also found to be a
habitual offender. The trial court sentenced Ray to an aggregate term of eightysix years executed. Ray presents four issues for our review:
