Today, Commissioner Lisa A. Sobecki and Lucas County JFS Director Breda Osburn joined Harbor and the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce to announce details about an exciting new Benefits Bridge Pilot Program. The program is funded by the Ohio Department of Job & Family Services and will assist residents who would otherwise receive a net loss in resources as a result of career advancement. The program is set to begin in August and will impact approximately 80 families over a period of 18 months.
