Judge Brown concurs in result Case Summary [1] Willie Taggett argues that the trial court abused its discretion when it revoked his home detention and ordered him to execute 400 days of his sentence at the Department of Correction (DOC). We affirm. Facts & Procedural History On May 30, 2018, Taggett pled guilty to Level 6 felony possession of methamphetamine and Level 6 felony possession of a legend drug. 1 In accordance with the terms of the plea agreement, the trial court sentenced Taggett to consecutive terms of 730 days, all suspended to probation.
