[transcript] A person struck while walking in South Whitehall Township has died. That's one of our top stories. Police say a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in the 3,000 block of Hamilton Boulevard. Just after 11 last night, he was taken to the hospital where he later died. No word on what led to the incident. Governor Josh Shapiro signed an executive order putting new restrictions on proposed AI data centers across the Commonwealth. The new rules require developers to provide their own power and pay all electricity costs. Shapiro says communities come first and companies cannot pass those expenses to homeowners and businesses. A familiar flooding problem in a while missing area is getting a fresh attention after recent heavy rain. Late last month, part of State Hill Road ended up flooding again. Burrow says it's now looking ahead to a larger pin dot project along State Hill Road which could start next year. It'll stay sunny and pleasant today with rain returning tomorrow until then expect highs in the mid 80s and increasing clouds tonight.
