Elkhart County commissioners approve Riverbend Townhomes development - WNDU

Add Us On Google Add as a preferred source on Google ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. (WNDU) - Elkhart County commissioners voted 2-to-1 to proceed with a new housing development. The Riverbend Townhomes project will be built on County Road 16, near County Road 37. The development will include a 12-building complex with 112 units total. The townhomes will include one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Commissioners Brad Rogers and Suzanne Weirick voted yes. Commissioner Bob Barnes voted no.
