Brown Drive in Indianapolis (the Ertel Site).1 Ertel’s manufacturing process led to the release of hazardous substances, including petroleum and chlorinated solvents such as trichloroethylene (TCE) and tetrachloroethylene (PCE), into the soil and groundwater at the Ertel Site.
