The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of MemberSelect, and Mickow now appeals. We affirm. Facts & Procedural History On August 12, 2016, Mickow and his passenger, Gregory Klen, were involved in a motor vehicle collision caused by Amanda Faye Ledger.
