On July 30, 2012, Wine was charged with dealing in a controlled substance, a
class B felony and was subsequently convicted of that offense following a threeday jury trial. During the trial, the trial court specifically found Wine in direct
criminal contempt on five separate occasions and sentenced him to 180 days on
each count for an aggregate term of 900 days.
