Case Summary
Following a bench trial, Jason Wiley was convicted of Class B misdemeanor
operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device and Class C
misdemeanor violation of driving conditions. On appeal, Wiley argues that he
was denied his right to a jury trial.
We reverse and remand.

In October 2016, Wiley was granted specialized driving privileges for a period
of three years by the White Superior Court.
