CERTIFICATE-INNOCENCE PAYOUTS

Encourages the State Court of Claims to pause on Certificate of Innocence payouts if requested by the Certificate of Innocence awards and their attorney(s) until the legislature works through the nuances of the Certificate of Innocence statutory language by June 30, 2026.
