On appeal, Carpenter contends that the trial court committed fundamental error by permitting certain testimony of a police officer. We affirm. Facts & Procedural History In October 2018, Heather Culver was pregnant and in an on and off relationship with Carpenter, staying either with him, at a women’s shelter, or at the Super 8 Motel throughout the month.
