That afternoon, K.S. left the apartment with a male friend to go to the grocery store. They had a couple of drinks before K.S. returned to Robinson’s apartment. While there, K.S. contacted Worth and asked him to pick her up so they could go to a bar. K.S. had known Worth approximately six months and referred to him as “Teddy Bean.” (Transcript p. 194).
