Marshal Bullock learned that Evans was dealing drugs in the area and was driving a Chevrolet Colorado. Later that day, Marshal Bullock spotted a vehicle that matched the Colorado’s description. Marshal Bullock identified Evans as the driver, stopped the vehicle, and arrested Evans on the outstanding warrant.
