Ebony Holifield was watching the game and noticed that seventeen-year-old Harris, a/k/a “Bruh Bruh,” was one of the participants. Transcript Vol. II at 139-40. [4] Shortly after 6:00 p.m., James Butler approached the area and sold some marijuana to one of the residents at the 28th Street house. Thereafter, several of the dice players urged Butler to join the game.
