Abortion-inducing drugs

Prohibits manufacturing, distributing, possessing, prescribing, mailing, transporting, delivering, or otherwise providing abortion-inducing drugs to or from anyone in Indiana outside of narrow exceptions. Creates wrongful death lawsuit enforcement mechanism allowing individuals and biological parents to file lawsuits with damages up to $100,000 per violation and 20-year window to sue. Uses personhood-style language referring to unborn child.
