Case Summary
Following a jury trial, Jordan Donta Wilson was convicted of murder and
attempted murder and sentenced to an aggregate term of ninety years
imprisonment. In this belated appeal, Wilson challenges his convictions,
presenting two issues for our review:
1. Did the trial court abuse its discretion in denying his motion
for a mistrial?
2. Are his convictions for murder and attempted murder
supported by sufficient evidence?
We affirm.
