Valpo Schools has made excellent strides under his leadership, which is why we're in the top 10 of the state. As a parent of a senior, I'm disappointed that some students didn't have the option to leave if they disagreed with the speaker. Many of these students are over the age of 18 and deemed adults. Both of my daughters have thrived at Valpo, with my oldest being deemed a senior at Purdue when she’s only a sophomore because of the college credits she received from Valpo schools. My youngest will be attending Purdue as well and will be deemed a sophomore upon admission Valpo schools provide provides an amazing education to kids who want to go to the top colleges or go to vocational. They even built an alternative high school and are expanding it with additional vocational programs. A student graduate from Valpo with a great paying career or be set at an amazing college. It's appalling to see people attacking such a dedicated superintendent who's given his heart and soul to the district.
