Following a bench trial, Sarah K. Andry was convicted of murder, a felony, and
Level 3 felony aggravated battery. The trial court subsequently sentenced
Andry to an aggregate term of fifty-five years executed. On appeal, Andry
challenges the sufficiency of the evidence by arguing that a witness’s testimony
was incredibly dubious.
