The trial court reduced the level of two of the felonies on double jeopardy grounds and sentenced Green, who appealed. This court affirmed the convictions but found it was error to reduce the level of the two felonies, and it remanded for resentencing. Green v. State, No. 19A0CR-2791 (Ind. Ct. App. August 21, 2020).
