VEH CD-HUSBANDRY IMPLEMENT DEF

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Changes the definition of "implement of husbandry" to mean every vehicle designed and adapted exclusively for agricultural, horticultural, or livestock-raising operations, including farm wagons, wagon trailers, or similar vehicles used in connection with such operations or for lifting or carrying an implement of husbandry that: (1) has only one axle and a gross weight 36,000 pounds or less; or (2) has 2 or more axles and a gross weight of 52,000 pounds or less. Effective immediately.
