(Promotors), David A. Schelle filed suit against Promotors for breach of contract. Thereafter, Promotors moved for summary judgment and specifically designated evidence in support of its motion. Schelle failed to properly designate any evidence in opposition, and the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Promotors.
