Appendix Vol. II at 12. Palmateer filed an amended answer to Meyers’s complaint on January 11, 2019. Thereafter, Palmateer moved to dismiss the complaint on March 3, 2020 pursuant to T.R. 41(E), requesting that the trial court dismiss the action for lack of prosecution.
