The trial court sentenced Sharp to an aggregate term of forty years, found him to be a credit restricted felon (CRF) as defined in Ind. Code § 35-41-1-5.5 (the CRF Statute), 1 which became effective on July 1, 2008, and assigned him to Class IV 2 for purposes of credit time.
