Case Summary
Kristopher D. Long pled guilty to Level 6 felony possession of
methamphetamine, and the trial court sentenced him to 912 days in the Pulaski
County Jail. He argues that the trial court abused its discretion in failing to find
certain mitigating factors and that his sentence is inappropriate in light of the
nature of the offense and his character.
We affirm.
