We affirm. Facts & Procedural History On the evening of June 15, 2020, Chineka Smith (Chineka) drove to a neighborhood on the eastside of Indianapolis to visit with her aunt, Brandy Samuels (Brandy). She parked across the street with the car positioned facing Brandy’s vehicle a few car lengths away. Chenika remained in her car, as Brandy stood outside talking to a female friend.
