Case Summary
W.A. (Mother) appeals the trial court’s adjudication of her eight-year-old
daughter, A.A. (Child), as a child in need of services (CHINS). 1 Mother raises
a single issue for review, which we restate as follows: Whether the trial court
clearly erred when it determined that the coercive intervention of the court was
required to protect Child.
We affirm.
Facts & Procedural History
Mother has three minor children, the oldest of whom is Child. The other two
are not school age and have different fathers than Child.
