Case Summary
Following a bench trial, Arjewus Lujune Willis was convicted of attempted
murder, a Level 1 felony, and pointing a firearm, a Level 6 felony. The trial
court sentenced him to an aggregate term of thirty-seven and one-half years
imprisonment. On appeal, Willis presents numerous issues for our review,

conviction?
2. Was it structural error when the victim’s relative nodded to
the victim while she was testifying?
