CONDO OMBUD SUNSET REPEALED

Amends the Common Interest Community Association Act, the Condominium Property Act, and the Condominium and Common Interest Community Ombudsperson Act. Extends the repeal date of the Acts from January 1, 2026 to January 1, 2029. Effective immediately.
