While live streaming with his partner (Deputy Sheriff Pat Scott), Sheriff Bob Fletcher of the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office (the capital county of Minnesota) heard on the radio that a female officer, the daughter of Deputy Pat, was requesting assistance after a suspect got out of their cuffs while on the highway.
