Espinoza also had a four-year-old son from a previous relationship with Timothy Mecyssne. On the morning of January 25, 2018, Ross took some Xanax and started drinking alcohol. At some point, Ross and Espinoza began to argue about Mecyssne. The two engaged in a physical altercation, and Ross continued drinking and “popping Xanax like Tic Tacs” until he became intoxicated.
