VETS-TINY HOMES-EV EXEMPTION

Reinserts the provisions of the engrossed bill with the following change: Exempts from the requirements under the Act tiny homes constructed for veterans who are homeless or at risk of homelessness if the tiny home is constructed by a specified nonprofit organization that exclusively funds and administers projects and services (rather than tiny homes) for veterans. Effective immediately.
