Last night I had the privilege of attending the Caddo Parish Commissioners Court in Shreveport, Louisiana in support of Caddo Commissioner Chris Kracman District 1's Resolution to halt access to Caddo Lake for large projects until a study can be completed by the appropriate entities. The Court refused to even discuss it. Residents near Caddo Lake on both sides of the border are very concerned about what appears to be going on.
