Sometime during the summer of 2021, Washington hired Nixon to cut her grass. When Nixon finished mowing, Washington retrieved some cash to pay him. As Washington walked out of her house with the money, she noticed Nixon sitting on her front porch “playing with his self [sic].” Transcript Vol. II at 14.
