We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand with instructions. Facts & Procedural History On August 24, 2021, Baker pleaded guilty to child molesting as a Level 4 felony. In accordance with the terms of the plea agreement, the trial court dismissed a charge for Level 1 felony child molesting and sentenced Baker to ten years, all of which was suspended to probation to include “Home Detection as a component.” Appellant’s Appendix Vol. II at 231.
