An Iowan who gained national attention after he was arrested for painting flowers on manhole covers is asking a judge in Sioux City to dismiss the charges. Dubbed the “Manhole Michelangelo,” Brandon Bradshaw is being charged with criminal mischief and consumption of alcohol.
