During the late afternoon of April 9, 2019, Michael Lovett was cutting James
Dodson’s 1 hair at Lovett’s barbershop that was located near a busy intersection
in Fort Wayne. James was wearing a black jacket with a multi-colored yellow
and orange design, a white t-shirt, yellow pants, and yellow shoes.
Keioda Johnson, Lovett’s partner and the mother of their two children, was
also in the shop.
