The Effingham County Tax/Tag Office was awash in a festive spirit and holiday colors during its Grand Opening & Holiday Light Stroll on Friday. After a ribbon cutting at the highly decorated facility at 802 S. Laurel Street, the public to fellowship and light refreshments. Plus, Santa and Mrs. Claus were on hand.
